Who we are

Glow Juice™ (“we”, “us”) sells fresh cold-pressed juice and digital products at glowjuiceldn.com. Contact: hello@glowjuiceldn.com.

Orders & drops

We sell in limited drops. Placing an order is an offer to buy; it's accepted when we send your confirmation email. All prices are in GBP. If we can't fulfil your order - sold out, pricing error, batch issue - we'll cancel and refund you in full.

Collection

Juice orders are collection only. Collection details are in your confirmation email. Uncollected orders aren't refunded - see Collection & Freshness and Refunds.

Perishable goods

Fresh juice perishes quickly and is exempt from statutory change-of-mind cancellation rights. Once collected, storage and consumption are your responsibility - keep it chilled, drink it within 3 days.

Digital products

Delivered instantly by email. You consent to immediate delivery, and cancellation rights end once you access the download. Digital content is for personal use only.

Health

Our products and content are not medical advice, and we make no health claims. Allergen information is on our Ingredients & Allergens page - read it before ordering.

Our content

Everything on this site, words, images, recipes, the Glow Juice name - belongs to us. Don't reuse it commercially without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law doesn't allow it. Otherwise, our liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for it.

The legal bit

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected. We may update these terms; the version on this page applies.
