What we collect

When you order: your name, email, and order details. When you browse: standard device and usage data via cookies. When you join the Inner Circle: your email, because that's the whole point.

What we do with it

We use your information to take payment, confirm your order, tell you where and when to collect, deliver digital products, and, only if you've opted in,  send you drop announcements. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link that actually works.

Who touches it

Our store runs on Shopify, which processes orders and payments on our behalf, and we use standard email tools to send you what you've asked for. These providers process your data under their own safeguards. We never sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your basket working and understand how people use the site. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

Order records for as long as tax law requires; marketing data until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct, or delete your personal data, and object to how we use it. Email hello@glowjuiceldn.com and we'll handle it. Not happy with our answer? You can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
